Fidelity points will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the last purchase.


The Fidelity Program is created and managed by the company OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION, with a capital of €10000, located at 1 Rue Robert Deshayes - 27120 Pacy-sur-Eure (France), registered in the Evreux RCS under no. 917 418 303. These terms and conditions define the conditions for participation in the program, which, based on the purchases made on the online store, hereinafter referred to as the “site”, allows to accumulate points and benefits.

Membership in the LE BLANC fidelity program can only be registered and validated if the information provided by the customer on the site is complete and usable. No loyalty card is awarded but the customer has the possibility to check his points balance online at any time by logging into his Customer Area, section "FIDELITY".


The membership program is automatically opened when you create an account on (not valid for our staff members). LE BLANC reserves the right to change at any time the conditions of membership of its loyalty program.

The loyalty account is strictly personal and individual and may not be transferred, lent or sold to anyone or used for purposes other than those defined by LE BLANC in these General Conditions.


The fidelity account makes it possible to accumulate points during each purchase on the website even during sales periods, on the basis of 1 euro = 1 point.

By “purchase”, we mean any order that has been validated and paid.

The use of fidelity purchase discounts or exceptional purchase discounts does not give rise to points. From 100 points accumulated, the customer has the possibility to generate his gift voucher of €5 by connecting to his Customer Area, section «FIDELITY». The points will be credited and rounded to the lower euro. For example, for an order of €18.25, the customer will be credited with his account of 18 points.


For 1€ of purchases (excluding shipping costs), 1 point is credited.

The customer must identify himself and go to his Customer Area, section “FIDELITY”, in order to be able to visualize the points acquired.

The customer must convert their fidelity points into a gift voucher in their customer area. On the generated gift voucher, a code will appear. The customer will need to enter it in the “Gift Voucher” field when making their online purchase to receive their cash back.

It is necessary to choose a payment method in addition to the points if the balance of the points does not cover the total amount of the order.

Once the order has been validated and settled, the fidelity point’s account is updated with the new balance.

Fidelity points earned during a purchase are valid for a period of 12 months. After this period, they will be considered expired and the customer will no longer be able to request to benefit from them or to recover them. His points balance will be automatically reset to 0.

When buying with a loyalty point credit, the amount of the credit will not be taken into account in the calculation of points of the purchase.


LE BLANC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will inform the customer of any changes by email (provided that a valid email address has been provided) by inviting him to consult regularly the general conditions of the loyalty program of the website. LE BLANC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time. The announcement of the suspension or closure of the program will be made by the dissemination of information by the most appropriate means (email, posting on the site, etc.). If the program is stopped or suspended, the points whose period has not expired may be used within the period of 3 months from their date of award.

No Customer may exercise any recourse against LE BLANC for any reason whatsoever. No modification or deletion shall entitle the Customer to compensation.


The Company  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION is exempt from any liability for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies and malfunctions of the fidelity program, whatever their causes. The company LE BLANC will however make every effort to keep each customer, in case of malfunction, the benefit of its accumulation of points and its advantages.

If the cumulative amount is disputed, only the information contained in the  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION Company’s database will be authentic.

Any intentional breach of these Terms and Conditions, any misuse or fraudulent use of the benefits offered by the program, any conduct detrimental to the interests of  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION Company, any falsification of the information transmitted by a customer or by a third party acting on behalf of a customer will automatically result in the cancellation of that customer, the cancellation of his points or his benefits that he would have obtained, without compensation of any kind or prior information. The deprivation of the customer’s status means the liquidation of his personal account, the deactivation of his loyalty account, the impossibility to use the loyalty points and gift certificates held.


The information collected from the customer when joining the online fidelity system is mandatory and essential to the customer’s registration in the fidelity program. They are necessary for the management of the commercial relationship between any client of the program and the Company  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION.

The customer agrees that the personal data will also be processed, within the scope and purposes defined in these terms and conditions. LE BLANC is responsible for the personal data of its customers in accordance with the French Personal Data Protection Act and the European Directive 95/46/EC.  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION undertakes to take all measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of personal data.

The customer agrees to immediately inform the Company  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION of any modification of his personal data. The data can be updated on request to the customer service whose contact details are indicated below. The Company  OPTIMALE COSMETOLOGIE INNOVATION is exempt from any liability for the consequences resulting from the lack of update of personal data by the customer.

In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, each customer has, at any time, a right of access to information concerning him, a right to have it rectified or completed if it is inaccurate or incomplete, a right to object to their transmission to third parties, a right to object at no cost to their being used to address commercial requests to it, and more generally, a right to object to any form of treatment as defined in paragraph 3 of Article 2 of that Law.
